I do love Vienna, its majesty its pastries and fantastic street markets. We had decided to stay in the Meriden, not normally the kind of hotel I would choose but surprisingly I was impressed. Newly refurnished with a great ‘you’ bar that I spent every evening after dinner with live music and Irish coffee.
